Edward is the strategist of idio’s platform and suite of technologies. He has been building CRM technology for a decade, and was one of the first innovators in social media data mining. He regularly speaks at industry events, and graduated from Warwick University.
CMO & Co-Founder
Andrew leads idio’s go-to-market strategy and company operations. He writes and speaks about how technology is changing the marketing landscape. He previously co-founded a social media development agency, worked for Deloitte Consulting, and is also a Warwick University alumnus.
James 'Griff' Griffin
Griff leads the technical strategy and architecture at idio. He manages both the integrations team and the applied R&D team, and has deep expertise in building large-scale social data-mining and NLP systems. He speaks at academic conferences about these topics.
CXO & Advisor
Aly previously set up the Global CEM practice at Acxiom and was the Head of CRM at O2. At idio she leads the development of customer experience solutions for clients, especially in Financial Services and Telco.
David founded KIQ, which sold to Chordiant and powers CRM decisioning at many major financial and telecoms companies. He has 4 patents to his name. At idio, he consults on technical strategy and with specialist clients.
Head of Partner Sales
Julian previously led partner sales at Pitney Bowes and Portrait Software as well as being responsible for Alterian’s strategic partner programme. At idio, Julian is responsible for driving growth through partner sales.
